Our laser welding process provides a permanent metallurgical bond that matches the strength and hardness of the original component. Our welds yield a repair that is commonly undetected by the human eye and has virtually no sink/distortion. We typically weld areas where other welding processes would destroy nearby undamaged features, causing more time and expense to the repair/engineering change. We can weld in deep slots, next to vertical walls and other hard to reach spots. We also manufacture intricate fabrications to the specifications provided. Our laser engraving process provides precision engraving to the component per drawing/electronic file. Our laser engraver is the most advanced 3-D laser system on the market. We can add the engraving to almost any surface. We can engrave all types of tool steels, graphite electrodes, 3-D artwork, logos, cylindrical 5-axis part engraving, part serialization and simple part markings & identifications.
