Q. What are the shipping charges I have to pay?
A. We offer free shipping on all welders and plasma cutters in the continental U.S. For other products, the shipping charges are available on the products page. Shipping charges and handling charges depend upon the weight, the value of the product, and the final destination. Due to these issues, we are unable to negotiate once they are established.
Q. Is it OK for me to come to your site to pick up the products I order?
A. No. As with most companies our corporate headquarters is unable to provide this service. Many issues come into play such as insurance, liability etc. We also may not have the product in stock at our main is reason corporate facility.
Q. How many days will it usually take to ship the product?
A. From the time the transaction of amount has been complete, it will take about 3 to 4 shipping days for the product to get delivered.
Q. What if the product gets damaged after very few uses? Can I return it then as you had already stated that product purchased and used once cannot be returned?
A. Every product you purchase from us has a warranty period. If it gets damaged within that time frame we will be more than glad to service it and repair it free of cost. However, the product might be replaced only after analysis regarding reasons and only if necessary. Usually returning of products is not encouraged if used once.
Q. What are my payment method choices?
A. Visa, American Express, Diners Club and JCB credit cards, VISA ELECTRON and 15 major Indian debit cards, Net banking from 37 major Indian banks, ITZ cash Card, mobile payments from PAYMATE and SBI are accepted. Q. What if I need to cancel my order?
A. Orders once placed and payments received it cannot be cancelled.
Q. Will the carrier deliver the package if I am not at home?
A. Usually, due to the value of the product, the carrier cannot deliver any product without a signature from the person or entity placing the order. In case you are not at the destination location, the carrier will leave a "call tag" which you can use to reschedule delivery. Occasionally you may be able to contact the shipping company with the tracking number to schedule the delivery to your convenience. However, this is your responsibility.
Q. What if I want my shipping charges refunded?
A. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as mentioned in our Terms and Policy page. A refund is possible only if an in product has been incorrectly shipped, with the re-shipping cost of the correct product being borne by us. Q. There are similar products in the market that are selling at cheaper prices. Can you reduce your prices to match those prices?
A. Again, our products ARE different. We sell IGBT based products that are equal with the largest U.S. based welding product companies. Our experience in manufacturing welding, plasma cutting and power generating equipment is immense. When you purchase our product, you are purchasing quality, precision and efficiency that are backed by timely customer support. If our pricing is out of line, then let us know. You may find products in the market that are cheaper, but the decreased price usually comes at a serious cost to quality, reliability and support. We try to operate our company to maintain the margins that we need to offer you the kind of service that many have come to appreciate. Certainly, we have done well so far with our approach and have had very few complaints.
